Abigail Leigh Spencer was born in the month of August, 1981. She is best known for her roles in the movies The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television series Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha Holden, a character from the Sundance Channel's drama Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actor and director of films who also works on television. She became famous for her roles on Rectify (a drama) as well as Timeless (a sci-fi). Her home is in Gulf Breeze, Florida and made her debut in acting with the soap opera All My Children. Her performance was recognized with a Soap Opera Digest Award' for Outstanding Female Newcomer. Over the next few years she mostly played guest roles in a number of television shows. Her performance was praised for the part she took on as The Dr. Erin Jameson of Hawthorne. She slowly grew a large fan base with her stunning looks and incredible acting abilities. At the age of twenty years old, her first film part was Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film where she played a leading role. Her role as a character in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination at the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the program Timeless Spencer played the character of Lucy Preston, a history professor. The show has been appreciated by critics and Spencer's performance has earned her a nomination to The Teen Choice Award.
